South Wales Hearing Care is a free introduction service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose hearing conditions, or act as a healthcare provider. We connect you with independent audiologists who are qualified to assess your hearing.

What we do

We collect your information and pass it to a local independent audiologist who will contact you to arrange an appointment. Some clinics offer free hearing checks; others charge from £35. You will always be informed of any cost before confirming an appointment.

What we don't do

• We do not guarantee appointment availability
• We do not employ or formally endorse any specific audiologist
• We do not provide clinical or medical opinions
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any appointment arranged through this service

Your responsibility

By submitting your details you confirm you are 18 or over and consent to being contacted by a local audiologist clinic on our behalf.

Limitation of liability

South Wales Hearing Care accepts no liability for the clinical advice, conduct, or services provided by any audiologist introduced through this platform.
